Registration Issues
- Registration for speakers and non-speaker: Is there a separate registration process for speakers?
Answer: No, for both speakers and non-speakers, there is only one registration process for the conference. All speakers must also register for the conference via the registration button on this website.
- Speakers Survey: Why was an email-survey for speakers necessary in addition to the registration?
Answer: We conducted the survey in order to better coordinate the types of presentations (online or in person) and to be able to organize the conferences. Many thanks to all the authors who supported us with their survey responses. The survey runs independently from the registration.
- Changes in registration: Can I change the registration from attending online to in person?
Answer: Please contact info@eventgate.at for direct assistance with any changes/questions to your registration.
- Which time zones must be considered during registration?
Answer: The time zone in Austria is Central European Time. All time specifications in the program and at registration refer to the Central European Time.
Visa Issues

- Invitation Letter: Could you provide a formal invitation letter (e.g. for my visa application or funding)?
Answer: Please download the invitation letter template here, and fill in the red text with your information. Then return the filled in letter to Stefanie Tischberger. We will then sign the document and send it back to you. Please let us know whether you require the invitation letter in digital format (as a PDF document by email) or as hard copy. We prefer the digital format for environmental reasons.

Conference Issues
- Conference registration fee for authors: We have paid the author’s fee for the publication. Do we have to pay for the conference separately?
Answer: Yes, authors whose papers have been accepted and who have been invited to the conference must also pay the conference registration fee and register in the booking system (see registration button on this website)
- Which time zones must be considered in the program?
Answer: The time zone in Austria is Central European Time. All time specifications in the program and at registration refer to the Central European Time.
- Hotel informations and accomodation offers: Could you kindly provide suggestions for accommodation?
Answer: Information on hotels and exclusive accommodation offers will be provided during the registration process (see registration button on this website). We have collaborated with selected hotels to secure special discounted rates. Additional details about the selected hotels will be available during the registration procedure.

- Author’s fee for the publication: We have paid the author’s fee for the publication, but have not received confirmation of its receipt by the final recipient.
